"Our van needed a part fixed so the side door would open. Checked the large dealership that sold that type of van but they were quoting such a high price for the part and said they would need to do this and that to fix it. We would also have to schedule it and plan on leaving it for a couple of days.
My husband told me to call our neighborhood body shop Classic Auto Collision. I would usually leave that up to him to do but i called. Classic said it would only take a couple hours to fix and gave me a price to do the job with was 1/4th of the other quotes. They ordered the part and scheduled a time for me to bring the van in.
I took the van in to them and they gave me a ride home and said they would call when they were finished. Instead of calling back in a couple hours i heard a knock o nthe front door and it was them delivering the van to our home to me. I felt like i was dealing with friends and my husband said that is a perfect example of Blue Cow Service. Thanks Classic Auto Collision." - DC
