How long does it take to get an estimate?
An estimate will generally take a minimum of 15 minutes depending on the damage
What is the insurance process to get my car repaired?
If you find yourself involved in an accident the first step is to communicate with the liable insurance company or responsible party. You will need to begin to get the claim processed at which time you will be assigned a claim number to assist the repair facility in handling your claim. This claim number should also be kept for your records. At this time you will need to choose the shop that will be repairing your vehicle and if it is a non-drive have it towed to the repair facility. Once you have decided on the repair facility you will need to bring the vehicle in to have the damage estimated. Upon which time the repair facility will get you scheduled and get the parts ordered to be sure and have everything ready for the scheduled date.
What is a DRP shop?
A Direct Repair Facility is a body shop that works directly with the insurance company as a preferred shop. Body shops earn the right to be in the preferred shop programs by meeting certain requirements. These include having certified technicians, using proper equipment, and most importantly having a record of satisfied customers. A preferred shop will write the estimate, order the parts, and repairs the vehicle without having to wait for an insurance adjuster. Insurance companies will constantly monitor their preferred shops to ensure quality repairs. We are a DRP shop for many insurance companies. Please ask your insurance adjuster for more information.
How long will the repairs take?
The length of the repairs on the vehicle is based on the estimate hours. At the time you bring your vehicle in to be looked at the estimator can figure out the correct hours.
Do I have to get more than 1 estimate?
No. According to Idaho law you do not need to get more than one estimate.
How can I get a rental car?
If you need a rental car this is usually taken care of through you and the liable insurance company. If it is your insurance be sure and check with your agent to see if your policy has rental car coverage.
Do I have to pay a deductible and who do I pay the deductible to?
If you claim the accident under your insurance you will most likely have a deductible. Your insurance agent can inform you what amount that will be. Your deductible is to be paid to the body shop at the time the vehicle is completed. Before vehicles are picked up we must have the deductible paid in full or the car will not be released.

Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Checks, Cash.
What are betterment charges?
Parts that wear out and need replacement with time and use (such as tires, batteries, and suspension parts) are commonly subject to betterment charges when they are replaced during the repair process. Those betterment charges are determined by your insurance company and are pro rated based on the actual miles of your vehicle.
Is there a warranty on the repairs of my vehicle?
We give a lifetime warranty on our workmanship and seven years on our paint.
How will I know when my car is done?
You will be notified by phone when your vehicle is ready to be picked up. However, feel free to call us anytime to check on the status of your repairs.
